The Dirrarn - Black Cockatoo earrings are designed by Kija Artist Rowena Morgan.

Dirrarn are a common sight on Rowena’s Kija Country and to her, these birds represent great power and respect.

They measure approx. 4.5cm in width and 5cm in length and have either a red mirror top, with a black etched main design.

All our earrings use stainless steel, nickel free findings.

Nagula Jarndu (Saltwater Woman) is a not-for-profit 100% Aboriginal owned and managed art centre with a focus on contemporary hand printed textiles.

The earring designs have come from those textile prints.

The earrings are laser cut acrylics that are hand painted with stainless steel findings.
